About The Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative is a key customer facing role in our Retail Branch Network. In this role, you will assist customers with meeting all of their transactional banking needs. You will act to ensure that customer's immediate service needs are met and identify opportunities by understanding their broader financial needs and referring more complex banking matters to specialist team members.

Responsibilities will include: cash handling, cross selling the Bank's products and services, creating customer profiles and opening accounts.


About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in Banking and/or sales
  • Passionate about providing exceptional and premium customer service
  • Able to build good working relationships and supporting team initiatives
  • An exceptional communicator
  • Motivated and driven to deliver referrals and sales
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Have good numerical skills and be confident handling cash
