About The Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative is the face of the Branch and plays a key customer service role in our Retail Branch Network. In this role, you will assist customers with meeting all of their personal banking needs while also identifying opportunities by understanding their broader financial needs.

Responsibilities will include: cash handling, cross selling the Bank's products and services, creating customer profiles and opening accounts.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in Banking and/or sales
  • Passionate about providing exceptional and premium customer service
  • Able to build good working relationships and supporting team initiatives
  • An exceptional communicator
  • Motivated and driven to deliver referrals and sales
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Have good numerical skills and be confident handling cash
